Solution

The customer learned about Dubow in 2016 and its partnership has grown ever since. Today, the customer helps its client set up online stores and merchandise selections. The orders are automatically fed into the Dubow Management System (DMS)

“We really like the fact that client orders are sent automatically to Dubow and that we don’t have to touch them,” said the coordinator. “That helps with our team’s workload and frees up our time. Before Dubow, I had to touch every single order that came in, which was extremely time-consuming.”

Results

Once a client order is submitted, it can be tracked and changed with the Dubow Order Tracking System (DOTS). DOTS is an online order tracking portal for customers that gives them control over every order: changes, cancelations, visibility into key dates, artwork status and more. Changes are communicated to Dubow so the team can respond quickly to order needs.

“I love the DOTS portal!” said the coordinator. “I can track and see where my orders are. It’s much easier and faster than calling or emailing with changes. If I need help with a more complicated issue, I can just jump on chat with a Dubow rep.”

Although most decorators offer a variety of apparel brands, Dubow helps this customer source high-end and hard-to-find brands that clients requested.

In fact, the partnership with Dubow has been so beneficial that the customer has set up an online store for its own employees. “We offer apparel and hardgoods to our employees, and they can personalize the items too,” noted the coordinator. “They can choose from a good variety of clothing and things like cups and tumblers, which are extremely popular. Our employees love Dubow!”

Taking nothing for granted, Dubow continues to heavily invest in technology and process improvements that shorten timelines and make the entire order experience easier. This helps customers like this marketing solutions provider scale and manage a more complex customer base.
