We’re excited to announce the latest version of our unique order tracking portal, DOTS! DOTS gives the customer control over every order: changes, cancelations, visibility into key dates, artwork status, and more.


DOTS instantly communicates your order information to our proprietary management system, helping us respond instantly to your order needs, however they change!


The newest capabilities of the DOTS customer portal now include...
The ability to edit orders in groups

  • Change ship methods
  • Update design numbers
  • Cancel Orders

More control over individual orders

  • Cancel an order
  • Edit designs/Colorways by line item
  • Edit product/SKU and quantity by line item
  • Remove line items (products) from an order
  • Change Shipping Method
  • Change Shipping Address

In addition to these new options, DOTS also allows you to...

  • Track orders in real time
  • Find details of any previous order
  • Find details of any previously used design number
  • Get automatic alerts two days prior to production of issues that could prevent the order from being completed on time, such as:
    • Artwork has not been received
    • Artwork has not been approved
    • Garments have not been received
    • Not all garments have been received (i.e. backordered)
    • Question about order has not been answered

DOTS is your portal for viewing and changing your orders. No emails or calls needed!
