Our History
1991
Rob and Robin Dubow buy Negaard lettering, an embroidery company operating out of a garage in St. Joseph, MN with 3 employees, and rebranded it as Dubow Textile.
1991
Three months after beginning Dubow Textile, they moved the company into a 3,500 sq ft facility and add 6 embroidery heads.
1994
A 20,000 sq ft production and fulfillment facility is built that added 48 more embroidery heads and 15 employees.
1998
Dubow purchases a new central storage system for embroidery files, speeding up production time by getting rid of floppy disks.
2000
Due to customer request for tracking orders, the first rendition of DOTS is created giving the ability for customers to track orders online.
2006
Dubow adds in their first Kornit digital printer and begins its DTG production.
2007
Dubow purchases a high grade laser combined with an embroidery machine, capable of cutting, etching, and stitching, and coins the process Laser Applique.
2009
Taking Dubow to newer heights, Dubow decides that it is better off creating its own custom software for tracking orders. Thus, DMS is born.
2009
Dubow adds in a new vinyl transfer process known as heat transfer. Adding in two manual presses as well as a hat press.
2010
Dubow purchases a dye sublimation press capable of dyeing garments on both sides simultaneously.
2011
Dubow expands to 36,000 sq ft and 73 employees. With the expansion came new Tajima Embroidery Machines, Screen Printing, and Kornit Avalanche digital printers.
2013
Dubow adds another 6,000 sq ft to its production facility pushing it to 42,000 sq ft. With this expansion came a dedicated receiving, staging, and customer service office.
2015
Adding on another 18,000 sq ft to production Dubow reaches 60,000 sq ft plant.
2017
Dubow boosts production of embroidery to 220 heads, Screen Print with 5 automatic presses, Digital Print with 8 AVK Kornit printers, and 4 automatic Heat Transfer presses.
2018
Dubow enters the Hard Goods arena with capabilities of printing on drinkware and most non-garment items.
October 2020
Dubow purchases a second building in Sauk Rapids to expand operations.
2020-2021
Dubow increases digital print production by brigning in a total 18 of Kornit digital printers.
2021
Converted to CTS in screen print
2022
Added DTFx process to our ever expanding servcies.
