Vibrant, durable prints on polyester with excellent color reproduction and a soft-hand feel—ideal for garments, banners, flags, patches, and more.
Dye Sublimation is a process for decorating polyester fabrics and materials. We print sublimation ink onto transfer paper, apply it to the substrate, then use heat and pressure to bond the dye into the fibers. The result is excellent color reproduction with a soft-hand feel that won’t crack or peel. It works best on white or light-colored 100% polyester (or polyester-rich) materials. Popular applications include garments, patches, banners, flags, and other fabric-based items. Because fabric and garment texture can influence the final print, each piece can have slight natural variation—especially on seams, wrinkles, and textured surfaces.
The dye bonds into the fibers, creating a smooth print that stays breathable and comfortable.
