Our Heat Transfer consists of a vinyl imprint that is printed and cut out of said vinyl. The imprint is then weeded (removal of unprinted areas) and masked (process to remove the vinyl from its backing). Then, once placed on the garment in correct location, the imprint is pressed with our heat presses. This melts the glue on the back of the vinyl so that it may bond with the garment. Vinyl Transfer uses a print and plotter method. We print on white vinyl and then cut the imprint out of the vinyl and press it on the garments.
